Thinking of booking a consultation with me? Here’s how it works.
On booking, you’ll receive a Zoom invitation, and I’ll get in touch and send you a sleep questionnaire to fill in. This makes the most of our consultation time and helps me tailor the advice I give to your specific needs. I treat every little person as an individual and your sleep plan will be tailored to your little one.
I support breastfeeding and you won’t need to give up breastfeeding to carry out the sleep coaching but I can help if you’re ready to stop.
During our consultation, I’ll tell you everything you need to do to improve your little one’s sleep. We’ll discuss naps, schedules, and nights and how to make sleepless nights a thing of the past.
I’ll then write up your little one’s bespoke Sleep Plan so that you can refer to it when you need to.
